Personal development & Creativity
Personal development is a process in which the individual recognizes the way he or she functions, cultivates his or her skills & sets goals that meet his or her needs & values.
Creativity is the ability to generate original and functional ideas through the synthesis of knowledge, experiences, and different ways of thinking. It is not a fixed or isolated function, but is influenced by attention, cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, motivation, experience, and environmental conditions.
The functional image may include:
-
Difficulty maintaining attention or completing goal-directed activities
-
Mental rigidity or difficulty adapting thinking to new information
-
Difficulty organizing thoughts or turning an idea into action
-
Mental fatigue during prolonged demands
-
Persistent tension or difficulty transitioning from activation to relaxation
-
Changes in motivation, initiative, or consistency
-
Emotional tension that can affect decision-making & performance
These difficulties do not necessarily indicate the presence of a disorder & are not solely attributable to brain function. History, sleep, stress, environmental conditions & psychological factors are taken into account to form an overall picture.
The contribution of qEEG Brain Mapping & EEG Neurofeedback
qEEG Brain Mapping does not directly measure creativity, personality, motivation or self-confidence & is not a means of predicting personal or professional performance. It records & analyzes the electrical activity of the brain, providing data on its function, which is taken into account with the history, needs & overall picture of each individual.
During EEG Neurofeedback, the brain receives visual & auditory feedback, which changes depending on its electrical activity. The training focuses on functions related to the regulation of alertness, maintenance of attention, mental endurance & the transition between states of activation & relaxation.
The program is designed individually, based on the qEEG Brain Mapping data, the history & goals of each individual. EEG Neuroreflexology can be integrated complementary into a broader framework of personal development or performance support & does not replace psychological care, psychotherapy or specialized skills training, when these are indicated.
With the aim of:
-
Strengthening the ability to maintain attention during goal-directed activities
-
Improving the ability to regulate alertness & emotional intensity
-
Supporting mental toughness & consistency
-
Enhancing cognitive flexibility to changing demands
-
Limiting the impact of stress & mental fatigue on daily performance
-
Supporting creative engagement & skills development
