Emotional balance

Emotional balance does not mean the absence of strong emotions. It refers to the ability of the individual to regulate the intensity of the reaction, to adapt to the demands of the situation, and to bounce back from a demanding or stressful situation.

The functional picture is not the same for everyone & can vary depending on sleep, stress level, physical condition, environmental conditions & the demands of everyday life.

The functional image may include:

  • Persistent tension or anxiety

  • Intense emotional reactions

  • Impulsivity

  • Panic attacks

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Reduced motivation

  • Difficulty concentrating

The contribution of qEEG Brain Mapping & EEG Neurofeedback

During EEG Neurofeedback, the brain receives real-time visual & auditory feedback, which changes according to its electrical activity. Through this process, it gradually trains itself to more effective self-regulation & develop more functional response patterns.

The program is individually designed, based on qEEG Brain Mapping data.

With the aim of:

  • Better management of emotional tension

  • Strengthening the ability to adapt to stressful conditions

  • Easier recovery after pressure

  • Improving daily functionality
