Neural connections - brain training for maximum performance

Maximum performance

- With Neurofeedback / NFB protocols for Peak Performance

Under conditions of increased demands, the following may be observed:

  • Difficulty maintaining attention for a prolonged period of time

  • Mental fatigue or changes in performance stability

  • Reduced speed or accuracy when processing information

  • Increased tension that may affect decision-making

  • More attentional errors under time pressure

  • Difficulty transitioning from increased activation to recovery

  • Changes in sleep or recovery ability before & after demanding periods

These changes do not necessarily indicate the presence of a disorder. Sleep, stress, physical condition, specialized preparation, environment & duration of demands are taken into account to form an overall picture.

The contribution of qEEG Brain Mapping & EEG Neurofeedback

qEEG Brain Mapping does not directly measure talent, motivation, discipline or performance & is not a means of predicting academic, professional or athletic performance. It records & analyzes the electrical activity of the brain, providing data on its function, which is taken into account with the history, requirements & goals of each individual.

During EEG Neurofeedback, the brain receives real-time visual & auditory feedback, which changes according to its electrical activity. Training can focus on functions related to the regulation of alertness, maintenance of attention, mental endurance & the transition between activation & recovery.

The program is designed individually, based on the qEEG Brain Mapping data, the history & functional requirements of each individual. EEG Neurofeedback can be integrated complementary into a broader framework of performance support & does not replace specialized training, athletic or professional preparation, physical rehabilitation or psychological & medical care, when these are indicated.

With the aim of:

  • Strengthening the ability to maintain attention under increased demands

  • Improving the ability to regulate alertness under pressure

  • Supporting mental toughness & performance stability

  • Supporting speed & accuracy in information processing

  • Improving the transition from activation to recovery

  • Limiting the impact of stress & mental fatigue on functionality
